Job Details:

• Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team, contributing professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of patient care
• May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses
• NICU experience required - will float to NICU
• Every other weekend schedule required
• No on-call responsibilities
• EMR system: EPIC
• At least 2 years of previous Respiratory Therapist experience required
• At least 1 completed travel contract required
• Wisconsin state license required - Compact license accepted
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date required
• 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
• Driver's license required
• Work history/resume required
• Copy of required certifications required
• License verification required
• Taxable address must be outside of 50 miles from facility
