CT Technologist Job in Austell, GA

You will work as a CT Technologist at Cobb Hospital in Austell, Georgia. This is a night shift role scheduled Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The assignment is for 91 days, beginning April 28, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,368.

Your responsibilities include:

• Perform CT scans and technical imaging procedures requiring independent judgment
• Set up equipment and position patients appropriately for imaging
• Verify clinician orders and obtain complete clinical history before procedures
• Administer contrast media according to established protocols
• Review CT and radiographic images to ensure clinical acceptability
• Maintain competency with venipuncture and power injection operation
• Respond to emergency situations and operate life support equipment as needed
• Demonstrate sterile technique and provide pre- and post-procedural care
• Adjust imaging technique to minimize radiation dose while maintaining image quality
• Complete all studies in RIS and transfer to PACS immediately after completion
• Take call when necessary to support department needs

Required qualifications:

• ARRT-R (ARRT Radiography) certification
• ARRT-CT (ARRT Computed Tomography) certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Minimum 1 year experience in Radiology
• Less than 1 year experience in CT preferred
