MRI Tech - MRI RAD Tech

Job Details:

• Work 12.5-hour day shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Every Saturday and Sunday required
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• No on-call requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience required with ability to work independently
• 2 years of hospital setting experience required
• Perform optimal MRI procedures and provide high quality, safe care for patients of all ages from neonatal to geriatric
• Modify shift as necessary to meet the needs of the department
• Maintain effective department workflow during periods of high demand and high volume
• Must be able to work under stress and maintain a professional attitude with upset or uncooperative patients
• Must possess strong communication skills to relate to physicians, peers, and patients on a professional and technical level
• Provide excellent customer service skills
• EMR system: EPIC
• Scrub color: Caribbean Blue
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA only) and ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
