Opportunity:

RN - Case Management

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience required
• Active RN license required with Nursys verification on profile
• BLS certification required
• Care Management certification (ACM or CCM) preferred
• Degree accreditation must be on profile
• Floating to sister campuses is required as needed - travelers are first to float
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of submission as time off will not be approved after submission
• Expected to function as core staff within the unit
• Pre-screen interview required followed by a manager final interview
