PACU Registered Nurse Job in Rhinelander, WI

St. Mary's Hospital in Rhinelander, Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). This is a 13-week travel contract with an immediate start date of October 19, 2026.

Position Details

• Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care
• Schedule: 5x8 day shifts (40 hours per week guaranteed)
• Pay: $2,556 per week
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (91 days)
• Low census eligible for up to 36 hours

On-Call Requirements

• Weekend call approximately 1 weekend every 6-7 weeks; begins Friday at 3:30 PM (or end of scheduled shift) through Monday at 7:00 AM
• Weeknight call approximately 1 night every other week; begins at 3:30 PM (or end of scheduled shift) and ends at 7:00 AM the following morning
• Holiday rotation on-call participation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of PACU experience
• Active Wisconsin or compact state RN License
• AHA or ARC BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• Associate Degree or Certificate in Nursing
• Epic charting experience required
