ICU Float Pool RN Job in Asheville, NC

You'll join Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC as a Registered Nurse in our ICU Float Pool. This is a backfill travel position offering the flexibility to support multiple ICU units as needed, allowing you to expand your clinical skills across different patient populations and care settings.

What You'll Do

As a float pool RN, you'll provide direct patient care across designated ICU units based on daily census and acuity needs. You'll perform comprehensive nursing assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, respond to patient needs, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain accurate medical records. Your adaptability and clinical judgment will be essential as you transition between units.

What We're Looking For

You hold a current RN license and are comfortable working nights in an intensive care environment. You demonstrate clinical competency, strong communication skills, and the flexibility required for float pool assignments. Experience in multiple ICU settings is valued but willingness to learn is essential.
