RN - Radiology

Job Details:

• Work 4 x 10-hour night shifts, Monday through Thursday
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Provide pre/post procedural care and 23-hour care for interventional radiology patients
• Care for patients boarding overnight pre or post procedure
• Work within a fast-paced pre/post interventional radiology department serving inpatient and outpatient populations across the lifespan
• Work within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Responsible for pre-procedural preparation of patients and post-procedural recovery and overnight observation care
• Provide care for patients undergoing CT scans, MRIs, Nuclear Medicine scans, X-rays, and ultrasounds
• GI post-procedural care experience preferred but not required
• No interventional radiology experience required
• Minimum 2 years of Registered Nursing experience required
• Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• New York RN license required
• Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association only) and ACLS (American Heart Association only)
