Cath Lab Technologist Job in Ft. Walton Beach, FL

You'll work as a Cath Lab Technologist at HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital, a 91-day travel assignment beginning May 6, 2026. This is a backfill role supporting the cardiac catheterization lab team.

Schedule & Compensation

• 3x12-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• STEMI call coverage approximately 10–12 days per month with self-scheduling available
• Weekly pay: $2,023.56

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures across 7 holding beds
• Support EP and Stress lab procedures as needed within department
• Perform or assist with TAVR, PFO, Atherectomy, PCI, right and left heart catheterizations (R/LHC), Impella, IABP, implants, DCCV, and TEE procedures
• Operate GE Innova and Impella systems
• Document procedures using MacLab and Meditech systems
• Work in a self-scheduling environment with experienced staff

Required Qualifications

• Allied Health Professional degree or equivalent credential as Cath Lab Technologist
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Demonstrated experience with cath lab procedures, structural heart interventions, IABP, Impella, and coronary physiology (IFR, FFR)
• Advanced procedural skills including PCI, PFO closure, Impella management, and IABP support
