PCU RN Job in Cleveland, OH

You will provide safe, efficient, age-specific nursing care to patients and families on a 30-bed progressive care unit at Lake West Medical Center. Your role centers on delivering effective, relationship-based care while maintaining clear communication and collaboration with the care team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Implement the nursing process to deliver safe, evidence-based care to medical and surgical patients
• Demonstrate technical skills that result in positive patient outcomes and safe practice
• Maintain clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical operations
• Perform RN duties as assigned and contribute to the professional practice of nursing
• Display leadership that influences optimal clinical and operational outcomes

Unit Details:

• 30-bed stepdown unit with nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5 to 1:6
• Floating requirement to inpatient areas including SDU, MCU, West Medical, West Surgical, and ED for boarded patients
• May also float to Tripoint Medical Center areas including TP ST, TP MT, TP CCU, and ED for boarded patients

Schedule and Assignment:

• 3 shifts of 12 hours, nights
• 90-day contract
• Start date: May 31, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,059.20

Required Certifications:

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NIH (National Institutes of Health)
