CVOR Technologist Surgical Tech Job in Stockton, CA

St. Joseph's Medical Center in Stockton, CA is seeking a Surgical Tech with CVOR technologist skills for a 91-day travel assignment starting September 7, 2026.

Role Overview

You will support the operating room as a CVOR technologist, working with a team that handles 23–25 cases per day across 8 standard surgical rooms and 2 dedicated heart rooms. Your responsibilities include instrument setup, case management, and technical support for general surgery, vascular, orthopedics, endoscopy, urology, and open heart procedures.

Schedule & Staffing

• 3 twelve-hour shifts per week with a standard 10:30 AM start time
• Rotating night, weekend, and holiday call required
• Call coverage 4–5 times per 4-week rotation, dependent on unit needs
• Mid-shift CVOR coverage may be 8 or 12 hours based on operational demand
• No floating between departments

Compensation & Benefits

Weekly pay is $1,344. Scrubs are provided by the facility.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency with Cerner for clinical charting
• Allied Health Professional credential
• No state license required for consideration
