Job Details:

• Work in a 12-bed Pediatric Operating Room
• Both circulate and scrub experience required
• On-call required at 1-2 shifts per week
• Weekend coverage required with 2 shifts per 6-week period
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, PALS
• Care for patients across all pediatric age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, and pediatrics
• Perform and assist with procedures including ACL reconstruction, arthroscopy of knee/shoulder/wrist, cleft lip/palate repair, cystoscopy, eye trauma, nephrectomy, and orchidopexy/orchiopexy
• Support surgical specialties including pediatric general surgery, urology/gynecology/robotics, orthopedics/spine/sports, neurosurgery/craniofacial/plastics/ENT, pediatric GI/pulmonology/dental/OMF/dermatology, cardiothoracic surgery/ECMO/IR, and ophthalmology
• Treat patients with diagnoses including musculoskeletal diseases/fractures, hydrocephalus, tumors, urological conditions, congenital abnormalities, and ENT conditions
• Operate specialized equipment including Stealth Navigation, laser systems, intraoperative MRI, and NICU OR
• Facility sees approximately 55 visits per day across 10 operating rooms
• Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, and rapid response teams
