ICU RN Job in Lansing, MI

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 91-day travel assignment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at McLaren Greater Lansing in Lansing, Michigan. This is a full-time position working three 12-hour day shifts per week, starting July 27, 2026.

About the Role

You will develop, coordinate, and deliver care to critically ill patients ranging from adolescent to geriatric populations. You will care for a wide variety of patient diagnoses, including medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgical cases, while maintaining the standards of professional nursing practice. You may supervise CNAs, SNAs, LPNs, or other healthcare workers as assigned.

Schedule and Expectations

• Three 12-hour day shifts per week
• Work every third weekend
• On-call availability required as needed
• Weekly pay: $2,125.44

Required Qualifications

• Current Michigan nursing license
• Minimum 2+ years of ICU experience with surgical and cardiac background
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with open heart returns
• Prior travel healthcare experience
