Opportunity:

Surgical Tech - Surgical Tech CVOR

Job Details:

• Typically 8-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Early start option available with punch-in at 5:45 AM and punch-out at 2:15 PM when patient is needed in the room by 7:00 AM
• On-call from home with 30-minute response time required
• Weekday call runs from 3:00 PM through the following day
• Weekend call covers Saturday and Sunday for 24 hours, approximately once per month
• CVOR experience required; open heart experience preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience required
• Travel experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, CST
• Cerner experience preferred
• Must be comfortable working with patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• 10 operating rooms available
• Must be willing to float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius if needed
• Candidates must be available to work every other holiday
• Two supervisor references preferred
