Job Details:

• Work day shifts Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• 2 to 3 years of OR circulating experience required
• Previous travel circulating experience preferred
• Level I trauma experience is an added benefit
• Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care consistent with population-specific characteristics such as age, gender, and disease
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care in a professional care delivery model
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration while practicing in a fiscally responsible manner
• Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and required mandatory education
• Serve as a preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses and staff as needed
• Uphold all healthcare system policies, procedures, and clinical competencies including legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements
• Required certifications: RN license (Single State or Multi-State Compact), BLS (AHA, ARC, or Instructor level)
• Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's preferred
• Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills required
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies in a decisive, composed, and respectful manner
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills required
• Basic computer skills and ability to optimize technology to support clinical care required
