CT Technologist Job in Oakland, CA

Sutter Health Alta Bates Summit Medical Center Hawthorne is seeking a CT Technologist to join the radiology and cardiology imaging team in Oakland, CA. This is a 91-day travel assignment offering competitive weekly compensation of $2,839.

Schedule and Facility Details

• 4x10 day shifts with flexible scheduling
• Saturday and Sunday: 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM (10-hour shift with 30-minute lunch break)
• Monday and Tuesday: 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM
• One shift per week requires floating to the Ashby campus, located 3 miles away

Position Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience
• Hands-on experience with GE CT scanners
• Current CT Certification
• ARRT certification required
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• CA CRT (California Radiologic Technologist license)
• Valid California state license

You'll operate advanced imaging equipment in a busy hospital setting, working alongside experienced radiologists and cardiology specialists. The role involves positioning patients, operating CT scanners, monitoring patient safety, and maintaining detailed imaging protocols. Your technical expertise will support diagnostic accuracy for both general radiology and cardiology patients.
