CT Technologist

Opportunity:

Technologist - Multi-Modality Radiology

Job Details:

• Float across multiple campuses as needed including Rock Island, Moline, Bettendorf, and Muscatine
• Handle 15-20 cases per day
• Work weekends as scheduled
• No on-call responsibilities
• Wear grey scrub tops and bottoms, solids only
• Operate Siemens Go and Somotom equipment
• Use EPIC EMR system
• Perform CT and X-ray procedures using Siemens equipment
• Perform portable imaging using GE Optima equipment
• Required to work 1-2 winter holidays unless the unit is closed
• Minimum 6 months current/recent CT experience required
• Minimum 6 months current/recent X-ray experience required
• Minimum 24 months of current CT/Computed Tomography experience required per work history
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Siemens CT and X-ray equipment experience required
• Siemens Go and Somotom equipment experience highly preferred
• Portables experience with GE Optima required
• Active Illinois radiology license required at time of submission
• Active Iowa radiology license required
• ARRT certification required
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Skills checklist specific to CT/Computed Tomography required
• Professional reference from charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director within 24 months preferred
• First-time travelers welcome
• All candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility based on driver's license
