CVOR Technologist Job in Frisco, CO

St. Anthony Summit Hospital in Frisco, CO is hiring a Surgical Tech to join its cardiothoracic operating room team. This is a 147-day travel assignment starting November 16, 2026.

Role Overview

You will work as a CVOR Technologist supporting cardiothoracic and vascular surgical cases. Your responsibilities include sterile field management, instrument handling, and coordination with the surgical team. The facility operates 3 OR suites with an average of 8–10 cases per day. Common procedures include ortho, general, GYN, trauma, total joints, ENT, podiatry, urology, and robotics cases.

Schedule

You will work 5x8 evening shifts with the following commitments:

• Primary shift: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Weeknight call: 5–6 shifts per 6-week period
• Weekend call: 36 hours per 6-week period
• Holiday call: 1 holiday per assignment
• Call response time: 30 minutes required

A charge nurse is on duty during your shift. House supervision is available 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Monday through Friday and around the clock Saturday through Sunday.

Requirements & Support

• Current BLS (AHA) certification
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential via NBSTSA
• Active DORA Colorado license or eligibility
• Prior OR scrub experience required
• Valid driver's license; must live within 60 miles of facility
• No floating between units

OR orientation is provided during your first week. The facility uses EPIC for charting. Scrubs are provided on site.

Compensation & Duration

Weekly pay is $1,857. This is a 147-day assignment.
