Certified Surgical Tech - Certified Surgical Tech

Job Details:

• 3x12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Friday through Sunday
• No on-call requirement
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2-week period
• Must work one holiday per 13-week contract
• Strong general, orthopedic (total joints), and neuro experience required - proficiency in all three areas is mandatory
• Big belly, craniotomy, and orthopedic trauma experience highly preferred
• Robotic training highly preferred
• Patient population includes neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Level I trauma OR with 25 OR suites serving general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, plastics, gynecology, oncology, robotic, ENT, ophthalmology, pediatrics, and sports medicine
• Special equipment includes ROSA, Si and Xi daVinci robots, Stealth, O-Arm, and HIPEC
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: BLS and NBSTSA, NCCT, or Military OR Tech Certification
• Virginia state license required; if holding an out-of-state license, a 90-day authorization will be required while the VA state license is being issued
