CT Technologist Job in Berlin, NH

Androscoggin Valley Hospital is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment in Berlin, NH. You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week, with on-call duties and every weekend required. Weekly pay is $2,836.

Your responsibilities include:

• Perform specialized technical duties including setting up radiography equipment, positioning patients, and acquiring diagnostic radiographs of internal body structures
• Support detection, diagnosis, and evaluation of pathology in a variety of settings including surgery and portable x-ray
• Work with patient populations ranging from pediatric to geriatric

Equipment you will use:

Philips DR room, Siemens Luminos Agile, two Fuji DR GO Portables, Fuji DR plates, C-arms (OEC Elite, GE 9900 plus, MiniView, and Brivo), Toshiba Prime 80 CT scanner, Meditech RIS, and Fuji Synapse PACS.

Required qualifications:

• Two years of current acute care hospital experience
• Two years of current CT experience in an acute care hospital setting
• High proficiency in C-Arm, Fluoroscopy, PACS, and IV placement
• ARRT (CT) certification
• BLS (AHA) certification
• New Hampshire State Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy License (must be in hand at time of submission)
• CT Skills Checklist completed within the past year
• Rad Tech Skills Checklist completed within the past year
• One supervisory reference from the past year of employment
• All certifications must be current at time of submission

Additional requirements:

• Travel experience of at least six months highly preferred
• Must reside 50+ miles from facility (no locals)
• Personal scrubs of any color, no denim, closed-toe shoes required
