CT Technologist Job in Nashua, NH

St Joseph Hospital - Nashua is seeking a CT Technologist to join its imaging department on a 91-day travel assignment. You will perform CT procedures under radiologist direction, working independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform CT procedures including interventional cases, CT angiography, and advanced 3D reconstruction
• Apply ionizing radiation using ALARA principles for diagnostic imaging
• Administer IV, oral, and rectal contrast to patients
• Acquire scans according to radiologist and department protocol
• Inform patients of exams and provide clear instructions to ensure cooperation
• Assist radiologists during interventional procedures
• Coordinate daily workload by scheduling inpatients and prioritizing emergency department patients
• Review IV Contrast Questionnaire with patients receiving IV contrast
• Complete documentation in Epic EMR and review exams in PACS for completeness
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and a clean, organized work area
• Support 24/7 department coverage, including on-call, holidays, and weekends
• Follow dress code and HIPAA compliance policies

Required qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification
• NH Imaging License
• BLS Certification
• CT scan experience
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally

Preferred qualifications:

• ARRT CT Registry eligible
• Knowledge of CT scan software (GE and Siemens)
• Knowledge of PACS software (McKesson Change Healthcare)
• Knowledge of Epic EMR

Assignment details: 3x12 rotating shift, 91 days, starting August 31, 2026. Weekly pay is $2,864.
