<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Physical Therapist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM<br>• No weekend or holiday requirements<br>• Treat 5-7 patients per day in home health setting<br>• Travel within 60-mile radius around Valley City, ND<br>• Must have current driver&#39;s license and auto insurance<br>• Minimum 1+ years of experience required<br>• Previous home health experience required<br>• Must have PT-related skills<br>• Common patient diagnoses include surgeries, falls, and other conditions requiring home health and hospice care<br>• Work independently without PT manager/supervisor on shift<br>• Use HomeCare/HomeBase EMR system<br>• Required certifications: BLS and ND Physical Therapy License<br>• Dress code: CSH color scrub or business casual<br>• 3-5 shifts of department-specific orientation provided<br>• No clinical involvement or manager interview required</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization provides comprehensive home health and hospice services to patients in their own homes and communities.
