Therapy/Rehabilitation - PTA Home Health @ SRHS - Spartanburg Regional Post-Acute Services

<p><strong>Allied Position Job Notes:</strong></p> <p>Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant Rehab</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM<br>• Home health experience preferred but will consider all PTA experience<br>• Minimum 1 year of experience required<br>• South Carolina PTA license required (must obtain prior to starting if pending)<br>• BLS certification required<br>• Guaranteed hours based on signed agreement<br>• Daily census of 6 patients with 6 visits per day<br>• 16 hours of orientation provided<br>• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations<br>• Treat patients with ortho, neuro, wounds, CHF, diabetes, generalized weakness, cardiac, renal, and geriatric conditions<br>• Experience with various equipment including crutches, gait belts, walkers, prosthetics, and shoulder slings<br>• Skills in acute care, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation hospital, and skilled nursing facility settings<br>• Must complete all RTO requests on initial submission<br>• Attendance policy: missing more than two shifts per 13-week contract without reasonable explanation may result in contract cancellation<br>• Compliance documents due 5 business days prior to start date<br>• Must complete lab work within 24 hours after signing<br>• Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, interpretation services, social services, pharmacy, and transportation</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive post-acute services program specializing in rehabilitation and home health care.
