Physical Therapist Assistant Job in Spartanburg, SC

You will provide physical therapy services in a home health setting for SRHS – Spartanburg Regional Post-Acute Services. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning May 26, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8 days)
• $1,670.40 weekly
• Guaranteed hours based on your signed commitment

Role Details

You will treat adult and geriatric patients across a daily census of 6 patients with 6 visits per day. Your caseload includes orthopedic, neurological, wound care, CHF, diabetes, cardiac, renal, and generalized weakness rehabilitation cases. You will manage conditions such as hip fractures, post-operative surgeries, spinal conditions, joint replacements, cognitive disorders, and neurological conditions.

Experience & Skills Required

• Home health experience preferred; all PTA experience considered
• Acute care, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation hospital, and skilled nursing facility experience
• Equipment proficiency: crutches, gait belts, prosthetics, walkers, shoulder slings
• South Carolina PTA license required prior to start date
• BLS certification required
