Opportunity:

Certified Surgical Tech - CVOR Tech

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with huddle starting at 6:30 AM and most cases beginning at 7:00 AM
• Shift length depends on case needs, generally 8 to 10 hours per shift
• Work in a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center environment
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Certified Surgical Tech required
• BLS, NBSTA, and DORA certifications must be active
• Orthopedic experience preferred including ACL repairs, rotator cuff repairs, and knee scopes
• ENT experience preferred including septoplasty, SMR, tonsil and adenoid procedures, and stapedectomy
• Instrument room experience preferred
• Perform scrub duties for a variety of procedures including knee scopes, ACL repairs, rotator cuff repairs, vitrectomies, laparoscopic hernias, laparoscopic cholecystectomies, bunionectomies, cataracts, slings, hysteroscopies, cystoscopies, and ophthalmology cases
• Operate equipment including Stryker towers, Hana table, Alcon Constellation/Centurion, Lumera 700, Stryker power and scopes, and Neptune systems
• Work alongside one RN per room in a one RN to one OR Tech patient ratio
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and reliable work ethic
