Telemetry RN Job in Akron, OH

Cleveland Clinic Akron General is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry position on the Med/Surg unit. This is a night shift role working 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The assignment is 91 days, starting November 13, 2026.

Position Requirements:

• Current RN license: Ohio state license or active compact state license required at time of submission
• Minimum 12 months permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Active certifications in hand at submission: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS
• One manager, ANM, supervisor, or director reference from work within the past 12 months in this specialty

Onboarding:

During orientation, you will complete an ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments. You have a maximum of 2 attempts to pass each assessment.

Compensation:

Weekly pay is $2,230.
