CVOR RN Job in Wenatchee, WA

Confluence Health Hospital-Central Campus is seeking an RN for its Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) unit in Wenatchee, WA. This is a 92-day travel assignment beginning August 17, 2026.

Position Details

• Three 12-hour day shifts per week (6:30 AM to 7:00 PM)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekly pay: $3,067.20
• On-call responsibilities required
• Occasional float duties as sitter as needed during assignment

Requirements

• Washington State or Compact RN Licensure
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications

Core Responsibilities

You will coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process and unit-specific standards of practice. Your day-to-day work includes developing and reassessing individualized patient plans of care, administering medications, and completing nursing procedures and treatments.

• Perform comprehensive ongoing assessments of patient status and respond appropriately to changes
• Evaluate discharge plans for appropriateness and identify educational needs
• Document care provided, assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately
• Address the physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs of patients
• Educate patients, families, and significant others on relevant health information
• Delegate appropriately and oversee care provided by non-licensed assistive personnel
• Communicate and collaborate with all members of the healthcare team
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff in accordance with hospital and unit policies

You will function within the guidelines of the Washington Nurse Practice Act and adhere to unit-specific standards of practice throughout your assignment.
