Telemetry RN Job in Zanesville, OH

Genesis Healthcare System is seeking an RN for a Telemetry position on the 4 South Cardiac unit in Zanesville, Ohio. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 16, 2026.

Role and Schedule

• Work 3x12 night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM)
• 36 hours per week with every other weekend required
• No on-call requirement

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on the 4 South Cardiac unit
• Occasional floating to other Med-Surg areas including Wound Care, Stroke, Oncology, Respiratory, Observation, and ED/Med-Surg boarders
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings
• Complete telemetry competency assessment on day one

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Minimum 3 years of current or recent Telemetry and/or Step-Down experience
• Hospital experience required
• Proficiency in reading telemetry
• Current Epic EMR proficiency (must be clearly documented in referral; refresher training or 1:1 assistance will not be available)
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications

Compensation

$2,149 per week.
