Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in York, PA

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Invasive Cardiology unit at WellSpan York Hospital, supporting a high-volume cardiac catheterization program. This position is based in York, PA and runs for 91 days, starting September 28, 2026.

Schedule & Expectations

• 4x10 day shift position, working between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Weekends required as needed
• On-call with a 30-minute response time
• Floating to other areas as needed
• You must be willing to stay until the last patient is cared for
• Maximum of 7 days requested time off per contract

Facility & Scope

You will work within an Invasive Cardiology unit containing 4 dedicated Cardiac Catheterization Labs, 3 dedicated Electrophysiology labs, and 2 shared cath/EP labs with 33 prep/recovery bays. The unit performs over 6,000 procedures annually, including complex coronary interventions, structural heart procedures, electrophysiology ablations, device implantation, and peripheral interventions.

Required Skills & Certifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cardiac catheterization nursing
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA or ARC only)
• Epic charting experience
• Competency in end-tidal CO2 monitoring, activated clotting time, cardiac stent placement, cardioversion, diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, dysrhythmia interpretation, IV vasopressors, procedural sedation monitoring, 12-lead EKG/ECG, percutaneous coronary interventions, pulmonary artery monitoring, sheath removal and monitoring, and thrombolytics

Compensation

You will earn $2,991 per week.
