Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in York, PA

WellSpan York Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Cardiac Catheterization Lab. You will work 4x10 day shifts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM in a high-volume invasive cardiology unit that performs over 6,000 procedures annually.

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist with and perform advanced cardiovascular treatments including coronary procedures, VAD/ECMO, structural heart procedures, TAVR, left atrial appendage occlusion, PFO/ASD closure, mitral valve clipping, complex ablations, pacemaker/ICD procedures, cardioversion, and pulmonary artery interventions
• Monitor patients using end-tidal CO2, activated clotting time (ACT), and pulmonary artery line monitoring
• Manage IV infusion pumps, vasopressors, antiarrhythmics, and antihypertensives
• Obtain and interpret 12-lead EKGs and manage dysrhythmias
• Perform sheath removal and post-procedure monitoring
• Support procedural sedation and emergency medications as needed
• Float to other units as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• ACLS and BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• Epic charting system experience
• Willingness to stay until the last patient is cared for
• On-call availability with 30-minute response time
• Weekend availability as needed

The unit operates 4 dedicated Cardiac Catheterization Labs, 3 dedicated Electrophysiology labs, and 2 shared cath/EP labs with 33 prep/recovery bays. WellSpan York Hospital maintains a tobacco and fragrance-free facility.

Assignment Details: 91-day contract, starting September 28, 2026. Weekly pay: $2,991.
