CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• On-call requirement of 1 time per month
• Must have 1+ years of Level I trauma experience
• Perform a diverse range of diagnostic, interventional, and/or surgical procedures using specialized imaging equipment and techniques
• Prepare patients for procedures and correlate clinical history with physician-ordered procedures
• Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care team members to achieve desired clinical outcomes
• Conduct post-procedure reviews to confirm all required study elements are completed and documented
• Transfer images and data to appropriate archival systems and prepare studies for physician reporting
• Perform operator-level quality control checks, cleaning, high-level disinfecting, and user maintenance per manufacturer and regulatory guidelines
• Provide care and support services under routine and emergent conditions across various care settings
• Serve adult and/or pediatric patient populations with simple to complex conditions
• Mentor less experienced team members and provide in-service training pertinent to assigned service area
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to maintain competencies
