CT Technologist Job in Oklahoma City, OK

OU Health is seeking a CT Technologist II for a travel position in Oklahoma City, OK. This is a night shift role offering 12-hour shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, working Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights. The assignment runs for 89 days, beginning July 13, 2026.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Level I trauma experience
• Current CT Technologist certification or equivalent Allied Health Professional credential
• On-call availability: 1 time per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for CT procedures and correlate clinical history with physician-ordered imaging
• Operate specialized imaging equipment to perform diagnostic, interventional, and surgical procedures
• Communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care team members
• Conduct post-procedure reviews to confirm all required study elements are completed and documented
• Transfer images and data to appropriate archival systems and prepare studies for physician reporting
• Perform operator-level quality control checks, cleaning, high-level disinfecting, and user maintenance per manufacturer guidelines
• Provide care and support services under routine and emergent conditions
• Accept independent clinical and non-clinical duty assignments as necessary
• Mentor less experienced team members and provide instruction as needed
• Prepare and present in-service training pertinent to your assigned service area
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement tasks
