Physical Therapist Job in Columbia, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 90-day travel assignment at DPTI-Forest Acres in Columbia, SC. This is an excellent opportunity to join an outpatient orthopedic clinic where you'll make a direct impact on patient recovery and mobility.

Position Details:

• Specialty: Outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
• Schedule: 5x8 days (40-hour work week)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours
• Patient Load: 12 to 14 patients per day
• Productivity Expectation: 60 visits per week
• Start Date: July 6, 2026
• Duration: 90 days
• Weekly Pay: $1,931.58

Key Responsibilities:

You will deliver physical therapy services to an outpatient orthopedic patient population. Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected as part of your daily workflow. Overtime hours are available but must be approved by the clinic director before being worked.

What We're Looking For:

• Current Physical Therapist credential (Therapy degree)
• Outpatient experience preferred
