X-Ray Technician Job in Bryan, TX

CHI St Joseph Regional Health Care Center is seeking an X-Ray Technician for a travel assignment in Bryan, TX. You will perform X-ray duties in an acute care setting, working 12-hour evening shifts from 1:00 PM to 1:00 AM on a 7 days on, 7 days off rotation Thursday through Wednesday.

Assignment Details

• Duration: 84 days
• Start date: July 27, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,195
• Schedule: 3x12 evenings with alternating 36-hour and 48-hour weeks
• Call requirement: 2 day shifts per month (6:30 AM–7:00 AM following day) with 30-minute response time
• Weekend and holiday shifts required when scheduled
• Float between Bryan and College Station campuses as needed (approximately 16 minutes apart)

Your Role

• Perform X-ray and fluoroscopy procedures, including surgery cases
• Operate GE, Siemens, and Dornier X-ray and fluoroscopy equipment, and GE, Siemens, and Philips C-arms
• Work across 4 X-ray rooms, 5 C-arms, and 2 fluoroscopy surgical suites handling approximately 123 exams daily
• Use Meditech EMR and Synapse PACS charting systems
• Rarely required to start IVs

Requirements

• Current BLS certification
• ARRT (R) certification
• Texas Department of Health (TDH) licensure
• Black scrubs (not provided by facility)
