Physical Therapist Job in Tucson, AZ

You will work as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting in Tucson, Arizona. This is a 5x8 day shift position with 36 hours guaranteed per week, with the expectation to work up to 40 hours as needed. The assignment is 89 weeks long, starting May 4, 2026.

What You'll Do

• Treat a patient population that is 100% outpatient, with 50% post-surgical cases
• See 12–14 patients per day with a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week
• Work without the expectation of double-booking follow-up visits
• Remain at your assigned facility without floating to other clinics

What We're Looking For

• Valid Physical Therapist degree
• Outpatient experience preferred, though new graduates are welcome
• First-time travelers are accepted

Important Details

• Any overtime must be approved by the director before working OT hours
• Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility will receive the local rate
• Weekly pay is $1,959.03
