NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

Job Details:

• Night shift position
• No on-call responsibilities
• Navy scrubs required
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP, Stable
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Prior travel experience required
• Provide shift accountability for care of NICU patients utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy and procedures
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in anticipating and planning for safe delivery of care
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of available staff
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
