PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday day shifts with no weekends or holidays
• Scheduled for 6 to 7 patient visits per day
• Serve patients in Montgomery County and lower Frederick County
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• HCHB (Homecare Homebase/Pointcare) experience required
• OASIS paperwork experience required
• Treat adult and geriatric patient populations
• Skills required include cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, home health, neurology, oncology, and orthopedics
• Required certification: BLS
• Maryland or Compact license must be active at time of submission
• Two supervisor references required
