Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• 5x8 shifts, Monday through Friday
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Scheduled for 6-7 patient visits per day
• Serves adult and geriatric patient populations
• Home health experience required
• HCHB (Homecare Homebase) charting system experience preferred
• Coverage area includes Montgomery and upper Prince George's County
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Block schedule (M-F) available
• Maximum of 1 approved time-off request
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
• Required certifications: BLS
• Maryland PT state license required and must be active and in hand at submission
• Skills required include: Cardiopulmonary, Geriatrics, Home Health, Neurology, Oncology, and Orthopedics
• Two supervisor references required
• Local candidates accepted
