PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Home health physical therapy position covering Prince George's County and Charles County
• Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• 6 to 7 patient visits per day
• Treat adult and geriatric patient populations
• Home health experience required
• HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) charting system experience preferred
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Block scheduling available Monday through Friday
• No weekend requirements
• No on-call requirements
• One pre-approved time-off request allowed per contract
• Skills required include cardiopulmonary, geriatrics, home health, neurology, oncology, and orthopedics
• Maryland PT state license or Compact license required and must be active at time of submission
• BLS certification required
• Two supervisor references required
• Local candidates accepted
