Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient

Job Details:

• Work 5x8 day shifts Monday through Friday with alternating start times
• Option to work 4x10 shifts during the week; Friday hours end at 3:00 PM
• Treat patients across age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Average daily census of 10 patients with approximately 5 visits per day
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a clinic setting
• Skills required include vestibular therapy, neurological PT, concussion management, and dry needling experience preferred
• Proficiency with a wide range of conditions including orthopedics, neurology, low back pain, post-stroke rehabilitation, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and musculoskeletal injuries
• Experience with gait training, assistive devices, home exercise programs, and patient/family education required
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required with outpatient clinic experience required
• Must have completed at least 1 travel assignment prior to applying
• Required certifications: MD PT License, BLS
• Must have either a compact license or an MD license at time of submission
• Two supervisory references required, including one from most recent assignment
• Travel experience required
