ICU - Intensive Care Unit

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 48 hours per week
• 75% weekends required
• No on-call requirements
• Minimum 3 years of ICU experience required
• Float pool position requiring flexibility with assignments, including potential for multiple different assignments within the same shift
• Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, and CTICU based on experience
• May also float to Intermediate Care (IMC) units with patient ratios of 1:3
• Patient ratios of 1:2 in ICU and 1:3 in IMC
• Care for basic ICU patients including sedated, intubated, and patients on pressors; high complexity patients such as CRRT not required
• EMR system: EPIC
• Scrub color: Non-specific
• Unacceptable attire includes open-toed shoes (no crocs), jeans, clothing with large logos or print, and profanity
