MRI Technologist Job in Cumming, GA

Northside Hospital Forsyth is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment beginning August 24, 2026. You will work three 12-hour day shifts per week, Friday through Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Role Responsibilities:

• Operate 720F MRI equipment for emergency department, inpatient, and outpatient populations
• Perform MRI procedures including breast biopsy exams
• Manage departmental average of 25–30 patients per day
• Document exams and maintain patient records using the Cerner electronic health record system
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent MRI specialty experience
• AHA BLS certification
• ARRT Mammography certification
• Willingness to work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day)
• Willingness to work 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)

Compensation and Schedule:

Weekly pay is $2,224.08. This is a 13-week assignment with no local candidates within 50 miles considered. You will be part of a high-volume imaging department serving diverse patient populations across multiple care settings.
