Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

• Perform respiratory therapy procedures, cardio-respiratory diagnostics, and patient assessment under the direction of a licensed physician
• Assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing disorders
• Assume primary responsibility for all respiratory care modalities including supervision of respiratory therapy technicians
• Initiate and conduct therapeutic procedures and maintain patient records
• Select, assemble, check, and operate respiratory therapy equipment
• Active NYS License to practice Respiratory Care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist required
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Active ACLS certification preferred
• EPIC experience required
• Holiday week coverage is non-negotiable and candidates must be available to cover holiday weeks
