CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• 13-week contract assignment
• 12-hour shifts with Saturday and Sunday weekend coverage required (13 weekend shifts per contract)
• No on-call responsibilities
• Scrub color: Any
• 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted with 1 year of experience
• Must be able to work independently when needed
• Must be able to multitask
• Charting system experience required: Epic
• Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Required certifications: ARRT (CT) and BLS
• Special equipment used: GE 64 VCT/Lightspeed, GE 128 Revolution, Med Rad Injector, and Ulrich Motion Injector
• Skills include: 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, brain perfusion, vascular CTA, preparation and administration of contrast media, starting peripheral IVs, venipuncture, PACS, radiation safety, and more
• Patient age groups served: Neonates, Infants, Adolescents, Pediatrics, Adults, and Geriatrics
• Interdisciplinary support available: Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Radiology, and Rapid Response Teams
