CT Technologist Job in Allentown, PA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week contract assignment at LVH - Cedar Crest in Allentown, PA. You'll work 12-hour day shifts, including Saturday and Sunday coverage, with no on-call requirements.

About the Role

You'll perform CT imaging across a wide range of studies including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, vascular, musculoskeletal, and trauma cases. Your responsibilities include administering and preparing contrast media, performing venipuncture and peripheral IV starts, and executing 3D rendering techniques such as maximum intensity projection, surface shaded displays, and volume rendering. You'll work independently when needed in a fast-paced environment and serve patients across all age groups from neonates through geriatrics.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CT experience (first-time travelers accepted with 1 year experience)
• ARRT (CT) certification
• BLS certification
• Level I Trauma experience
• Epic charting system experience
• Ability to multitask and work independently

Equipment and Environment

You'll work with specialized equipment including GE 64 VCT/Lightspeed, GE 128 Revolution, Med Rad Injector, and Ulrich Motion Injector. The facility provides interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, and rapid response teams. Scrub color is flexible—any color is acceptable.

Compensation and Details

Weekly pay is $1,900.80 for this 91-day assignment, starting December 7, 2026. This is an ideal opportunity to gain experience at a Level I Trauma center while maintaining flexibility with day shifts and predictable scheduling.
