CST L&D Job in Thornton, CO

Join HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge as a Certified Surgical Technologist in our Labor & Delivery unit. This 91-day travel position offers 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a weekly pay of $1,527, beginning October 5, 2026.

Role Overview

You will work in a unit equipped with 14 LDRPs and 2 operating rooms, supporting a range of obstetric procedures. Your responsibilities include assisting with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, assisted deliveries, versions, and dilation and curettage (D&C) procedures. You will maintain patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2 for labor and delivery and 3:1 for postpartum care, consistent with AWHONN guidelines.

Clinical Environment

The facility uses Beacon EMR, CPN, and Meditech systems. You will collaborate with a team committed to evidence-based obstetric care and maternal safety.

Requirements

• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
• Minimum 6 months of current CST experience in Labor & Delivery
• Active NBSTA certification
• Active DORA certification
• BLS certification
• Flexible, adaptable, and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• LDRP experience
• Postpartum experience
