Certified Surgical Tech - Certified Surgical Tech

Job Details:

• No on-call responsibilities required
• Weekend shifts not required; however, holidays are required if needed
• No shift accommodation requests will be considered including block schedules or 10/12 hour shifts
• Must work one holiday block if scheduled: Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the weekend after, or New Year's Eve through New Year's Day and the weekend after
• Minimum 3 years of current Certified Surgical Tech experience required
• Preceptor experience required
• Total Joint Replacement experience required
• Endoscopy experience required - will be utilized in Endoscopy a few times per week
• Must float to alternate facility location (approximately 21 miles away) when needed; mileage reimbursement is not available
• Must have personal vehicle as the area does not have public transportation
• All requested time off must be included in profile at time of submission; scheduling requests will not be approved after offer is extended
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), NBSTSA (equivalent certifications such as NCCT are not accepted)
• Skills checklist for Certified Surgical Technician completed within one year required
• One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment required
