Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient

Job Details:

• 5x8 shifts, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Weekend coverage required once per month in acute setting
• May be required to work one holiday per 13-week contract in rotation with staff
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Primarily working in outpatient setting with some acute care coverage
• Monthly weekend coverage will be in acute setting
• Daily census of 9-10 patients with 4-5 evaluations and treatments per day
• Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Epic experience preferred
• Virginia Physical Therapy license required
• DPT or Master's degree required
• BLS certification required
• Outpatient clinic and acute care experience required
• Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Local candidates within 100 miles of facility are not accepted
