Occupational Therapist

Opportunity:

OT - OT Outpatient

Job Details:

• Plan and administer medically prescribed occupational therapy treatment programs for patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of body part
• Work 3 days per week in Marshall, MI and 2 days per week in Battle Creek, MI at a location approximately 17 miles apart
• Must have a clean driving record and own insurable vehicle required for travel between facilities
• Holidays required if needed
• No on-call responsibilities
• Dress code: Business casual or solid scrubs
• 1+ years of OT Adult/Pediatrics experience required
• Strong pediatrics experience required
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Active Michigan Occupational Therapy license required
• Required certification: BLS (AHA)
• Skills checklist for Occupational Therapy current to 1 year required
• 1 supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment required
• All requested time off must be noted and verified at time of submission - no more than 5 days of RTO will be accepted
