Occupational Therapist Home Health Job in Owosso, MI

Memorial Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a temporary home health position in Owosso, MI. This is a day shift role offering 40 hours per week at $2,581 weekly pay, with an assignment duration of 91 days beginning August 24, 2026.

Role Overview

You will provide occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, conducting assessments and developing treatment plans. This position requires you to travel to multiple patient locations throughout the region, with typical daily mileage of 35–50 miles. Mileage is paid at the current Federal rate for travel to and from the main office only.

Requirements

• Active Michigan occupational therapy license
• 2+ years of current occupational therapy experience
• 2+ years of current home health experience
• OASIS experience required
• BLS (AHA) certification
• Skills checklist current within one year in Occupational Therapy
• Skills checklist current within one year in Home Health
• Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years

Transportation

You must provide your own vehicle with a clean driving record and maintain proof of auto insurance. No on-call responsibilities or weekend/holiday coverage is required.

Scheduling and Dress Code

All scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of candidate submission. The dress code is Olive Green Scrubs.
