Endoscopy RN Job in Asheville, NC

You will join Mission Hospital's endoscopy team as a registered nurse on a variable shift schedule. This 91-day travel assignment begins August 11, 2026, and offers the opportunity to work in a specialized procedural setting where your clinical skills directly support patient care during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the endoscopy department, including pre-procedure assessment, monitoring during procedures, and post-procedure recovery support
• Collaborate with physicians and endoscopy technicians to ensure safe, efficient procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate relevant clinical information to the care team
• Respond to on-call requirements as part of your regular schedule

Schedule and Commitment

You will work three 12-hour day shifts per week. The assignment includes a variable call schedule requiring four weeknight calls and three weekend calls within each 6-week rotation. This structure allows you to balance scheduled shifts with on-call availability.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• Prior endoscopy experience required

Compensation
